What is Music Therapy?

Music Therapy uses music to help clients reach goals. These goals are not musical; they can be physical, educational, social, behavioral, or emotional, to name a few of the big ones. Music Therapists use all kinds of music, it depends on the goals, the therapist, and the client preference.
